Sooo much fun reading! Not really. But this book is required for my MBA operations managment course. The online Myomlab is set up really good. They go through the math problems step by step. They book itself is straight forward and an easy read. It gives really good understanding of the material through true company examples.

I thought it was a good textbook. I especially liked how they walk you through some example problems step-by-step to help you figure it out. This was used in my MBA class for Operations. The chapters were pretty good with detailed problems and examples. Some chapters had supplemental sections that included more advanced problems that were more challenging. Overall, I thought the textbook was worth keeping for reference after the class.

This arrived exactly as described; new and wrapped in the original packaging. This edition is very similar to the new editions - only difference is this comes with a CD and the new edition comes with an online access code. Either way buying this and the code was cheaper.

Overall the contents were exactly what I needed for my management 3000 course at Ohio University, and I would recommend other students buy this as well.

The book was required reading material for a course. The Pearson My Lab key was the best though. It gives you access to a digital copy of the book (for a certain period of time, a year maybe) and you can search for concepts within the digital book. The My OM Lab also offers supplemental study plans and help. I have never been a fan of the loose-leaf books but I suppose they're cheaper. Make sure to get a binder to put it in.

If you are purchasing this book you most likely do not have a choice, but if you do I would advise that it could do a better job of explaining how to use the Pom OM or excel equivalent software often referenced in the text but not explained by the text. If the text went into detail on using the software and much less detail on the algebraic methods, which were not used in my course, I could have given it a higher rating.

I was required to use an online access code to access homework assignments. If I bought using the school bookstore, this access code would have been included. Instead I now have to pay an additional fee for the code.

These are small convienent cups that we use for water fountain at the church.
When I purchased this text, the description clearly stated it included an access code to the web learning module. It is not the case. There is no code in the book. I cannot take my course without the code so the book is useless.

Shame on you Amazon.
