My grandson checked this book out of his school library and loved it and re-checked it, and re-checked it, so I went to Amazon and there it was. He is so happy to have his own copy, which was in pristine condition. So 5 stars from me.

Love love love this very interesting, factual story of ants... all kinds in those tunnels... and with many functions I had no idea existed, including their own morgue!! I wish I was that organized.

The illustrations are detailed and realistic for anyone, child or adult. I learned more information than I'd ever realized, and my under 10 y.o. "blossoms"--our granddaughters, will love it.

If you crush an ant in your driveway (yes, I admit..), just because..... you may think twice about hurting these incredibly intelligent, and necessary little buggers that they are!

The book "Those Amazing Ants" was a great learning tool for the children when I read the story to them about ants.

Our 1st grade class really enjoyed this book! We are teaching them that reading can be not only educational, but fun.

This was an excellent book for grade school children. We used it as an addition to a church school program on Proverbs. A few rubber ants and this book added a lot of excitement.

I read this to my class of first grade students, and we all enjoyed learning interesting facts about ants. Who knew that ants have babysitters? Or that their homes have a "sick room" for injured ants? This is a great book for curious readers of all ages!

A really great book. I read it with my daughter (who loves it) but even find myself walking down the street thinking “those ants must be GIRL ants because they don’t have wings!” Full of information and reads easily
