Cat & Gnome book. While I am not this famous, Roumieu seems to be-and it's not surprising considering the darkly brilliant Bigfoot books he's written. An awkward portrait of a one-sided relationship between a real cat and. However, I was a little disappointed in this one. It is amusing, to be sure, but it didn't have the laugh out loud hilarity of his other work.

I got it for my sister for Christmas - so it was 8 months ago when I read it. I do remember the funny little drawings on the page and the absurdity of it, and completely cracking up while I held my place in the book.

On the other hand, my dad read it and didn't quite understand what I thought was so funny. So I'll add I'm 48 and my dad is 75. And last time my boyfriend and I were over at a friend's house, something set me off and I made up the Panda Dance, which Cady and I proceeded to do around the house for about 20 minutes. Cady is 9. Everyone else ignored us, because they're used to things like that on occasion.

On the other hand, I run a very profitable consulting business.

If you have a sense of the absurd and like random things that make many look at you as if you're from another planet, you'll probably like this book.

Cute and silly!
The Apotheoses of Lacspor
This book is really funny, but its full of curse words. Looks like someone made it on the fly, but i'm a fan.

I first saw this book when it was being passed around at a party I attended. I absolutely had to have a copy! It's quirky and entertaining. The drawing are a little rough, but that's part of the charm. This would be a great gift for anyone who likes illustrated books or comics.

waste of paper

I bought it as a gift for my nephew. This book reminded me of an old fashioned flip and view book-like an animation, and the storyline was cute. I really enjoyed the big foot books better.

Fun book, I expected more but it was enjoyable. Smaller than expected, but fun in a Christmas stocking.
I love this guy's Bigfoot books, so I'm surprised at how disappointing this book is. A waste of money and paper. There is nothing remotely amusing in this extremely thin little story.
