This book is the standard in environmental organic chemistry. It has good tables and is an excellent book for a class or to use as a reference for a professional. While a few of the chapters spend multiple sections on very narrow examples, that is the nature of the beast right now.

Environmental Organic Chemistry focuses on environmental factors that govern the processes that determine the fate of organic chemicals in natural and engineered systems. The information discovered is then applied to quantitatively assessing the environmental behaviour of organic chemicals. It includes new topics that address aspects of gas/solid partitioning, bioaccumulation, and transformations in the atmosphere.

Ok. It is a shame this book is out of print! I have one of the few copies and find it a must have addition to the classic "Environmental Organic Chemistry" by Schwarzenbach, Gschwend and Imboden, especially helpful for practicing the concepts from a practical point-of-view. It's pickles, man, pickles!
