Ok, so what can you really say about a code book? From what I've seen, every time they update one, they take out the no longer relevant portions, but they also update the language used. This one is no exception. I particularly find the committee comments useful to understanding the rules.
Ironrunner
This book is HUGE! Don't expect to carry it with you everywhere, or even be able to fit it in your backpack. But it is very useful for a number of classes. Secured transactions and bankruptcy among others. It is a good value if you are interested in these areas of law and plan on taking multiple classes that you can use it for.

Very useful for anyone taking a class that requires you to follow the UCC.

This is just too damn big, when all I really wanted was UCC section 9. Sadly, no such product with the comments exists

The product was great but the subject matter could bring an individual to tears (I know as it has happened to me). I would not wish this topic on my worst enemy.

It tells the law word for word. But, you could just as easy look it up for yourself. I did not buy the new book for class, I got this you that was so much cheaper and I have had no problems with it. The law's really do not change year to year.

What can I say . . . it's a statute book . . . no frills, but if you are taking a commercial law class, then this is a great book to have.
