Noreen Renier's book was particularly helpful for me in that she outlined a structure that she uses with law enforcement. That structure helped to guide my own work in remote viewing in that it provides a structure that enables the remote viewer and the guide to get the most out of the session. I found her book, "Mind for Murder", to be professional, humorous, insightful and educational, especially if one is in this area of service. Her book, "A Mind For Murder," tells everything about the true life files of NOREEN RENIER. Excellent book on intuition.

Quite interesting and impressive to see this woman's psychic abilities applied to some large cases. The cases presented are good choices. Assuming the stories contain accurate details, it is again such a mystery to witness how energy and the mind and time and experience all somehow work together to produce information that is OUT of time and OUT of the experience of the psychic. She describes her work on the New York Zodiac, which, while accurate, didn't help the police very much. What I really want to know is why bona fide psychics haven't been rigorously utilized in the ORIGINAL San Francisco Zodiac case. Lots of readers have checked out Robert Graysmith's book on Zodiac, and there are a couple other famous books as well, but I don't recall any application of psychic information. Psychics! What do you see??

I enjoyed this book. It was really interesting how she had no significant interest in or affinity for the psychic world, then she's with friends one day meditating and WHAM, a whole new aspect of experiencing reality opened up. I liked traveling along with her as she began doing psychic work as her sole income. I would have liked to have known more of her personal life, her childhood, romances and so on. It's the memoir lover in me. She was really beautiful. She doesn't talk about God or angels or the Other Side at all, which is unusual in the psychic books I read. But I love that she's honest. If she's not getting the scoop from the other side of the veil, that's fine. I would think she'd have some interest in that, though. Recommended for those into psychic medium books.

Noreen Renier, A Mind For Murder is a well written book. It allows the reader to understand and learn exactly what happens when a Psychic Investigator is brought in. Whether you believe in psychic ability or not you will read about what it is and why it is so relevant when helping the police solve cases. It's a heightened sense just like smelling. Noreen takes the reader and gives the reader the chance to understand see how her gifts and I say gifts because not everyone uses their senses the same way helps other.

For those that do not believe in psychic's I say to you this, read this and you will understand more what an asset having Noreen and other's like her working with police can do for cold cases and hard to solve cases. In this country murder is something that is so prevalent, the police are inundated with the amount of murder and crimes committed. In this day in age we need people to help and assist and sometimes it's the out of the box thinking that gets the job done. Anyone with the heightened sense or has precognition will tell you seeing and feeling and hearing things is no picnic. Solving murders is a job that is very difficult for the police in the sense that there are always family and friends that have lost someone. Really not lost but has died. And closure is important for these people. Noreen helps these people with finding out who an the why with the police. She is an asset to the police and a blessing for those that their loved ones have been murdered. This book is a blessing and a invitation to understand more.

I enjoyed reading this book. I have seen Noreen on TV and found her to be totally amazing. I am glad that she has this talent. The things she sees through the eyes of the murderer or the victim would make me go insane. She apparently has the ability to turn off those images once she has used them for the purpose of helping the law with clues.

Her writing style is easy to read. The book is a page turner! It kept me reading until the end. I am glad that I bought this book to read on my Kindle. Unfortunately, I would read late into the night and until my eyes would force me to turn the book off. If you like reading about Psychics who help to solve crimes, you will enjoy this book.

I don't feel like I need to say much about Noreen's talent. She's one of the top police psychics in the business, highly experienced and with a long track record of success. This is one woman whose gift is genuine. Perhaps the real surprise here is that she's also a highly talented writer.

There are a lot of reasons to like this book. If you like a gripping story, this is full of them! Case after case of psychic readings she has done over the years -- many of them murders Noreen Renier has 'experienced' psychically (from the viewpoints of the murderers as well as the victims) while helping the police, FBI, and concerned family members solve a crime. If you're a policeman (or like me, a parapsychologist), it gives you useful tips for how to work with a professional psychic and get the most out of him or her. Lastly, if you're a psychic, it teaches you some handy tips for how to approach your craft, including the advantages of information sheets (detailed in the book) to guide those who seek your help.

I've read a number of autobiographical accounts by psychics over the years. This is the best of them. Not only is the material fascinating -- you won't want to put the book down until you're done -- but it's well-organized (a trait that few psychics have) and told in a casual style which makes you feel like you're relaxing with Noreen over a cup of coffee, listening to her talk about her life. She comes across as a smart, shrewd, funny woman, one who is fun to be around and a pleasure to read about.

I highly recommend this book to anyone. Buy it. Then settle down and prepare for a really good read!
