Talk about Tall, Dark, and Bad (Loveswept)

This is my first book I have read by Charlotte Hughes and I cannot wait to read another! This book offers an awesome story with twist and turn that leave you laughing or down right frustrated as a big lie meant to only appease a sweet grand mother turns into a roller coaster of the best kind. Great characters, smart and fun banter and a solid story!

I can see why Charlotte and Janet Evanovich paired up on a few books, "great minds think a like". I have enjoyed all of Charlotte's books.

I anticipated this release and I wasn't disappointed. The story involves a clash of personalities, entangled in a web of lies, and how it swiftly progressed into a commitment where there's no turning back.

It all began after Summer's grandmother, Henrietta, raised concerns about her future -- that it was worrying that she is a workaholic with no time for dating. Henrietta has hoped to see her granddaughter building her own family before she passes.

To avoid stressing her grandmother even further, Summer talks a co-worker into playing the role of her lover. Things were going on as planned, until a fateful accident left her friend injured and had no choice but to send his cousin in his place. Things started to get complicated from then on.

It was a quick read and I was actually surprised I finally got to the end because I wanted more! I've been somehow attached to Summer because like her, I was also raised by my grandmother and I understood her feelings. This only shows how the author captured her inner conflict very realistically. Page after page, I let out a giggle. The whole book was very enjoyable.
If you are looking for a good romantic book with a little bit of a BAD boy in it. Then this book is for you. I can also tell you that it is not until the end that you find out who the BAD boy really is for a person. So I say get the book and enjoy.

This author has done a great job in writing her books. I have read several now and have enjoyed each and everyone of them. I am highly recommending this book to all readers. Enjoy
I loved this book! You should not judge a book by its cover. As the female main character did in the story. She found love anyway! A feel good book!
I couldn't put this down until I finished it. I love books that hook you from the start, and keep you hooked to the end. Can't wait to read another book by Charlotte Hughes.
