The book is very useful in writing care plans. This very much evidenced-based book is ideal for implementing the nursing clinical judgment model. It is organized by nursing diagnosis and has interventions and rationales for each diagnosis. I have been using the e-book, which is unfortunately a bit slow and annoying to use at times so I decided to purchase a hard copy since I use it often. One person found this helpful.
