I thought it was all wonderful, educational, and adorable. I've always loved the berenstain Bears. They've been my favorite book characters since I was very young. Even though I'm an adult, the berenstain Bears are still my favorite. I was really glad to see that the book was in perfect condition. I can also tell you that this will not be the last Berenstain Bears book I'll be buying.

The nostalgia is nostalgic.

We read this book a lot. My 5 year old loves it. Think early elementary and early readers would like it. It's pretty long, sometimes read it in halfs. Sounds much like a Dr. Suess book with the rhyhming. Like the Science Fair one, too.

My son enjoys this book. He's 5. It is fun with educational information about things in nature. It feeds his love of nature and animals.

I read and read this book to my own children and I wanted to purchase one for my grandson , 4,who loves to have books read to him. I was sadly disappointed when I learned it was out of print. But the used book I purchased fit the bill just right.
I bought the book for a reason. Many parents buy these things because they are cute stories to read to their children. They do not consider the lessons that are subtly introduced to their children's minds. On Pg 10-11 of the book, Nature is described being a number of different things, but then on pg 11 it identifies that "It's all that IS or WAS or EVER WILL BE!" Capitol letters are in the original for the emphasis. That is exactly what the late atheist and evolutionist Carl Sagan stated.

I bought it so I could show people how the message of atheism can be spread to anyone. I find it very curious that people who think that children should not be taught dogmas (normally this means not teaching children about the God of the Bible) at an early age but should allow them to make up their own minds will approve of this kind of material.
