It wasn't the medical condition of Nurse Lauren's asthma patient that was the big challenge, it was her attitude. Thirteen-year-old Michalene Albright was a rebellious, moody brat. She resented Lauren's presence in the family's spacious Cape Cod home and made no secret of it. But once the young nurse understood Michalene-and her hidden fears and emotions-she was able to win the girl over.
Wonderful book and very glad of the purchase. Ms. Cabot is an incredible teacher, and I thank her very much for her efforts in writing this book and providing an easily understood guide to being a more effective witch. As with all of Laurie Cabot books it is full of teachings that are clearly explained. The biggest challenge is on my end to absorb and retain so much knowledge and wisdom that has been passed on through Laurie Cabots teaching. 2 people found this helpful.
