Been looking for this music for years. I was able to transfer the music from the cassette to a cd for better playability.

My 1 year old and 2 year old grandkids love to hear this story and they are mesmerized by the illustrations. I enjoy reading it, too. The words flow so nicely and the repetition of "when the cows come home...." works so well in the rhyme.

Young children love When Cows Come Home with all the words that rhyme with hay, say and away. The cows have a fun time at play during the day but they come home so the farmer can take the milk away at the end of the day. It really is a fun book and often asked to be repeated by the preschool children in my class.

Appropriate for almost any age, this book reads like a song. These cows are so hillarious to follow through this story, that before you know it, the story is over. You'll find no deep meaning here, just mischievous cows who love life, and want to have fun.
