Rebuild or repair your Suzuki Vehicle with Factory Details. This book is of good quality, excluding the valuable content. If the Mechanical Service Manual was at the same level, I would highly recommend the book. Sadly, it is not. Report as inappropriate. All major Mechanical issues are covered in over 250 pages of Data. Please view table of contents for all listings. Unfortunately, the author uses a very low resolution artwork for charts and graphs throughout the book. Much of the text is blurry and difficult to read. The schematics, having small detail, are not legible. I should mention that I have the Electrical Service Manual from Danko. By Francisco E. Leon.

I bought this book based on comments on other review sights that it was good enough to rebuild a Carry....No Way!

Pros:
Good list of specs and fluids required
Lots of parts diagrams
Good section on major assembly repairs (engine, etc)
Full electrical schematic

Cons:
No good repair section for any minor mechanical or body part

Basically, there is very little outside of the engine section that you couldn't figure out by just looking at your Carry. They say that this is all that a skilled mechanic would need for repair work, but that is a completely bogus. Even a skilled mechanic needs a little prompting about torques and dis-assembly / re-assembly sequence.

If you are planning on doing your own work on your Carry, I would recommend buying this book, but understand you will still basically be on your own...but you'll have a parts diagram explosion to look at when trying to remember where all the pieces go.

A must have for anyone who owns and maintaines a Suzuki Carry. Was shipped promptly and has really helped.

very good pictorial diagrams but lacks any real disassembly and reassembly instructions if you are mechanically inclined this book is great but it's not a Haynes manual by any stretch of the imagination
